Oracle flashback query

When there happen to delete by accident, we can restore the data by the below flashback query.

 

The below query restore the data existed at 2015-04-04 09:30:00.

SELECT * FROM EMP AS OF TIMESTAMP TO_TIMESTAMP('2015-04-04 09:30:00', 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MI:SS')

WHERE name = 'JOHN';

 

INSERT INTO EMP (SELECT * FROM EMP AS OF TIMESTAMP TO_TIMESTAMP('2015-04-04 09:30:00', 'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MI:SS') WHERE name = 'JOHN');
